Before we quote anything, we get up on the roof and inspect it directly — checking shingles, flashing, seals around vents and chimneys, and the decking underneath for soft spots or water damage. Based on what we find, we repair or replace damaged shingles, reseal flashing, fix ventilation issues, and patch storm or wind damage. For active leaks, we trace the water path back to its actual source rather than just patching where it’s showing up inside, since those two spots aren’t always the same place.
